Cairo – Mubasher: Al-Enmaa for Agriculture Development and Livestock, a subsidiary of Juhayna Food Industries, has sold its 40% stake in Milky's dairy farm at EGP56.5 million, Juhayna said in a bourse filing.

By this sale, Al-Enmaa aims to wipe off all indirect investments in dairy production, shifting its investment destination to the agricultural sector and animal production, Juhayna added.   

Al-Enmaa is “a company specialized in the reclamation and cultivation of agricultural land and the establishment of diary farms. Juhayna has owned this company since its founding with an authorized capital of EGP1 billion and paid-up capital of EGP350 million”, according to Juhayna’s website.
